Bowling
So bowling is back. Yes that's right, children, the ad-nauseum bowling talk starts again. My new team (not run by me, just calling it mine for the ease of it) is called The Turkey Baggers, and we had out first game last Monday. Imperial lanes, down near Sodo. And we won. It's a 6 person team, 3 gals, 3 guys, and we only bowl 2 games. And we won. And you wanna know why we won? Because my GF is a kick-ass bowler. Look you here: all that time I spent bowling before, and Monday night I was right around my average, bowling a 143 and a 147. Not bad for being out of it since March, yes? Well my GF steps up, she hasn’t bowled in years and bowls a 159 and a 167! In rented shoes and some alley-ball she found on the rack! Are you not freakin' amazed?

Not to get too graphical, but when we went rock climbing, she told me she found it rather attractive when I was on the wall, and just my self-confidence when doing the belay. Well, watching her rack up those scores on Monday, and indeed, I too found it "rather attractive." I won't go into more details because such talk embarrasses her. Suffice it to say I am VERY MUCH looking forward to next Monday.

Other stuff?
Ida know. I warned up WoW again recently but it hasn't been holding my attention like it used to. I watched a whole mess of Law and Order season 4, but it was mostly a yawn fest. TV is losing what little appeal it ever had. I went from 4 Netlfixes out at a time to 2, and even that, I feel, may be too much. So I guess I'm bored bored bored. Puzzle Pirates isn't drawing me anymore, and the book I got at the library, Bill O'Reilly's Culture Warrior, is even worse than I expected it to be and I am having difficulty even slogging through it just to see how bad it is. Oh, what's to do. Existential angst FTW. Sighs.
